Terms of Use
Use the site, share it, and reference it in ways that stay true to the project.
The site is built for public viewing, sharing, and support. These terms explain the boundaries around that use.
Purpose of the site
This website exists to present the Offroad Xmas story, its updated shipping information, official public social links, archive galleries, and written articles related to the drive.
The site is informational. It does not create a paid service relationship with visitors simply because they browse it.
Using the content responsibly
Visitors are welcome to share the site, the public articles, and the gallery pages in ways that support the project. Do not misrepresent the content, strip context from the archive, or present the material as if it came from another organization.
If you reference the site publicly, keep the project name intact and link back to the original page when practical.
Archive images and shirt artwork
The gallery and shirt archive are part of the Offroad Xmas record. They should not be scraped, resold, or republished in misleading ways that detach them from the project context.
Reasonable sharing that points people back to the site or official social pages is different from taking the work and rebranding it elsewhere.
Third-party platforms
The site links to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and share endpoints. Those third-party services control their own uptime, policies, and interface behavior.
Offroad Xmas cannot guarantee that those platforms will preserve older posts or keep the same features forever.
No guarantee of donation outcomes from browsing alone
The website is designed to make the project easier to understand and easier to support. It does not by itself guarantee that a visitor will donate, ship correctly, or follow packing guidance.
Anyone supporting the drive should read the shipping page carefully and use common sense when preparing a box.
Updates
The site can be updated as addresses, galleries, public links, or project materials change. Continued use of the site after updates means you are using the newest published version of the public information.
